Agreements

Alpha Delta Pi, Sigma Kappa, Zeta Tau Alpha, and Kappa Alpha Theta are the newest building to open as part of Phase 3 in Greek Village

Greek Village is home to both university-owned facilities and privately-owned or managed facilities. Each facility is governed by a lease agreement between the State of North Carolina and the House Corporation.  Greek Village fees include a furnished room and all utilities.  Chapter houses in Greek Village are closed during Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks. Residents are encouraged to check the Opening and Closing Dates information and plan their breaks accordingly.

Fraternity and Sorority Life also supports billing of organization meal plans, rent, and parlor fees for the all facilities.  Please visit the costs page to view your organization’s fee structure.  You will note those amounts are listed on your cashier’s bill with the name of the organization indicating that is in organization charge and not a university charge.  Any request to modify or remove organization charges must be approved by the House Corporation prior to credits being issued by FSL.
