Non-Resident Access Form

Overview

Chefs, housekeepers, and maintenance team members who regularly need access to the chapter facility must be entered into the HR system as a no-pay employee. This action will give them No-Pay employee access to:

• NC State ID card (for access to the facility)
• Ability to purchase a parking pass
• Access to a NC State Email address

To become a no-pay employee:

1. Please fill out the no-pay access form here
2. Fraternity and Sorority Life will submit that information to HR
3. A NC State background check will be performed 
   • Once approved, FSL will contact the no-pay employee to get their ID card and set up access to the facility

Assistants who are supervised by head chefs, housekeepers, and maintenance team members, and do not require individual access to the facility or a parking pass, do not need to seek no-pay employee status. Instead, to gain supervised access to the facility as a part of their role, a letter outlining the following should be provided to FSL:

1. The company has performed a background check for the assistant employee/s
2. Assistant/s will be supervised by current no-pay employee during periods of access to the facility
   •  Please be sure to designate the assistant’s no-pay employee/s supervisor by name
