All recruitment and new member information must be submitted via the online Membership Paperwork Form. This form MUST be completed with all dates, times and locations, as well as provide officer and advisor information PRIOR to your meeting with the Fraternity and Sorority Life staff. All New Member Calendars/Syllabi and Recruitment Calendars MUST be included in the form. The Verification of New Members forms must still be submitted in hard copy no later than two (2) business days after invitations to join are accepted.
