Costs
Greek Village rates include a furnished room and all utilities. All Greek Village residents are required to have the services and utilities listed below.
- high-speed internet at $150 per semester/person for 2025 – 2026
- Laundry at $50 per semester/person for unlimited use in all facilities but Sigma Nu.
Credit Requests
Any inquiries about exemptions or refunds need to be directed to the house corporation for organization owned and/or operated properties. Fraternity and Sorority Life manages those same inquiries for students with an agreement directly with the university in our university owned and operated facilities. Please review this chart to better understand the relationship between the university, the house corporation, and the student as it relates to billing.
Credit requests may also be submitted here. Please note all refund requests will go through the house corporation for approval if applicable.

Ground or Facility Lease Properties
For organizations who either own or operate their property, the rates are set by the organization. The university facilitates billing and collections, and funds are disbursed back to the organization.

Non-leased Facilities
For university owned and operated facilities, students have agreements directly with the university. Rates are set by the university and retained to cover operating costs.
Chapter Commons Dining Meal Plan is available* to greek-affiliated students living in Greek Village Apartments and Greek Village Townhomes. Students can learn more and enroll here.
The Chapter Commons Dining Meal Plan is required for students residing in Sorority Commons.
