Chapter House List

Greek Village is an on-campus fraternity and sorority housing area that includes both University-owned facilities, as well as chapter houses owned and operated by individual fraternity and sorority house corporations. These are all considered on-campus housing for students.

University-owned Greek Village Housing

These fraternities and sororities lease facilities from the University and operate them for the benefit of their members.

These fraternities and sororities own and operate their houses in Greek Village with support from the University. New privately-owned houses will continue to be built over the next 10 years.

These fraternities and sororities live in off-campus houses either owned by their organization or leased from a private realtor. FSL only recognizes those premises appropriately zoned by the City of Raleigh for chapter/organization use (OX-3, RX-3, or OX-12):
