The Greek Village project is a unique public/private partnership that will feature 21 privately-developed fraternity and sorority houses on university property. New houses will be individually designed, built, and operated either by a local non-profit alumni house corporation or a national fraternity/sorority housing operation. The following fraternities and sororities have committed to build new homes in Greek Village:

  • Alpha Delta Pi (new house opened Fall 2021)
  • Alpha Xi Delta (established on campus in Fall 2022)
  • Chi Omega
  • Chi Psi
  • Delta Gamma (new house opened Fall 2016)
  • Delta Zeta (new house opened Fall 2018)
  • Kappa Alpha Order
  • Kappa Alpha Theta (new house opened Fall 2020)
  • Kappa Delta (new house opened Fall 2012)
