JED Campus Visit – Talley Tour Question

NC State University is partnering with The Jed Foundation (JED) to strengthen student well-being and mental health. The JED Campus program is a nationwide initiative designed to help institutions evaluate and strengthen their mental health, substance misuse, and suicide prevention programs to ensure that the strongest possible mental health safety nets for students.

NC State will be hosting two JED representatives Jeni Beckman, JED Advisor and Dr. Kurt Michael, JED Clinical Director on March 28-29.  During their visit Dr. Monica Osburn and Justine Hollingshead will be giving them a campus tour and would love the opportunity to stop by the Fraternity and Sorority Life Office, introduce them to some of the staff and, if possible, say hello to any students who might be present.  Due to time constraints the visit will be brief and informal as they have 25 minutes total to spend in Talley before heading to a meeting with the Chancellor.  They plan to tour the Student Centers in Talley from 10am – 10:25am on Thursday, March 28th.
