Bio

Background: Lynn Bell is serving her first year as House Director of Zeta Tau Alpha. Her previous professional career includes working in global people and operational leadership roles (ranging from Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer, Chief People Officer, etc) with both global organizations, as well as consulting with start-up, VC funded organizations. Organization efficiency, developing and leading empowered leaders, and building healthy cultures where people thrive (in and out of work) are part of her DNA. Lynn plans to bring that leadership approach to Greek Life by creating warm, welcoming environments where members are supported to excel academically, socially and interpersonally, while strengthening leadership skills and accountability. Outside of work Lynn loves spending time with her family. She has four adult children and is “Mimi” to four amazing grandkids. In her downtown you can find Lynn traveling, attending live music events, serving in the community or quitely curled up with a book, cup of coffee and cozy blanket to recharge…probably watching Pride & Prejudice for the 937th time. She looks forward to integrating into the Greek Life and cheering on the Wolfpack!
