Lisa Vaillancourt has proudly served as House Director for Kappa Delta at NC State University 11 years. She enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment where members feel at home and can thrive academically, socially, and personally. Lisa loves getting to know residents, celebrating their accomplishments, and being a supportive presence throughout their college journey. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the NC State Wolfpack.
