Background:  Essynce Underwood earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Central State University and her Master of Education in Student Personnel in Higher Education from the University of Florida. She has spent her career working in sorority and fraternity life supporting student leaders and helping students make meaning of their leadership experiences on campus.  Outside of work, Essynce enjoys exploring culture through music, film, and media, attending live events, and discovering new restaurants and experiences around the city. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
