Background: Caylin Allen was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. He attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in History with a Minor in Family and Consumer Science. During his time at the University, he was heavily involved and became a proud member of the Iota Pi Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated.  After receiving his undergraduate degree he attended Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas where he received his master’s degree in student Affairs Administration while also serving as the Interim Director of Diversity and Inclusion.
