Costs and Agreements

Greek Village is home to both university-owned facilities and privately-owned or managed facilities. Each facility is governed by a lease agreement between the State of North Carolina and the House Corporation.  The following is provided as a guide for those residents who live in university-owned facilities who’s room agreements are with the university unless specifically noted as applicable to our privately-owned or managed facilities.  These include:

  • Alpha Gamma Rho
  • Beta Theta Pi
  • Kappa Alpha Order
  • Kappa Kappa Gamma
  • Pi Beta Phi
  • Theta Chi

For the above organizations, resident agreements are for a full academic year (fall/spring semesters). There may be additional costs assessed for single and efficiency rooms.

Greek Village fees include a furnished room and all utilities. All residents in Greek Village (university-owned or private) are required to have high-speed internet charged at $140 per semester/person and Streaming Service at an additional $46 per semester/person. Laundry is also required at $35 per semester/person for unlimited use in all facilities but Sigma Nu and Alpha Delta Pi.  Chapter houses in Greek Village are closed during Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks. Residents are encouraged to check the Opening and Closing Dates information and plan their breaks accordingly.
