Greek Village Housing Selection

Greek Village Housing Selection is the process in which Fraternity and Sorority residents secure on-campus housing for the 2015-2016 academic year. The process runs February 4-27, 2015. Students use MyPack Portal to submit their Greek Village housing application. The Chapter / House Corporation will assign rooms and roommates for members using internal processes.

The Greek Village Housing Selection process will accommodate all 3 types of leases in the Greek Village.

1.     If your organization holds a Ground Lease (Sigma Nu and Kappa Delta), members will complete the application and agreement to be billed for charges related to rent, meal plans, parlor fees, ResNet, and cable.

2.     If your organization holds a Standard Lease (Alpha Delta Pi and Delta Zeta), members will complete the application and agreement to be billed for charges related to ResNet and cable only. Your organization is responsible for the collection of rents.

3.     If your organization holds a Premium Lease (Kappa Alpha Order, Sigma Kappa, Lambda Chi Alpha, Delta Gamma, Pi Kappa Phi, Pi Beta Phi, Kappa Alpha Theta, and Alpha Tau Omega), members complete their application and agreement online to be billed for charges related to rent, laundry, ResNet, cable, and a meal plan, if applicable.

WHAT IS THE COST?

2015-2016 Rates

Greek Village agreements are for a full academic year (fall / spring semesters). University owned facilities are divided into two categories: renovated and unrenovated. Additional costs may be assessed for single and efficiency rooms.

Greek Village fees include a furnished room*, air conditioning, all utilities and laundry. All residents are required to have high-speed internet charged at $115 per semester / person. Cable television is an additional $46 per semester / person. Chapter houses do close during some academic breaks, check the 2015-2016 Opening / Closing Dates.
